Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Statibly (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides job-costing software for contractors: estimates, invoices, costs, labor, scheduling, and the profit on each job. Statibly is a standalone application. It does not connect to, or import data from, third-party accounting or job-management systems. This policy describes how we handle personal information in connection with our websites, waitlist, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide directly. For example, waitlist or contact forms may include your name, company name, email address, industry, and similar details.
  • Account and service data. If you create an account or use the Services, we may collect credentials, profile information, and content you submit through the product.
  • Business data you enter. Jobs, clients, estimates, invoices, costs, crew hours, receipt photos, and similar records you create in the product. This is data you enter or upload; we do not import it from other systems on your behalf.
  • Usage and technical data. We may collect device, browser, log, and usage information to operate, secure, and improve the Services (for example, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, and diagnostic events).

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Communicate with you (for example, waitlist updates, support, and service-related notices);
  • Protect the security and integrity of our systems and users;
  • Comply with law and enforce our terms; and analyze usage in aggregated or de-identified form where appropriate.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your location and context, we may rely on one or more of the following: performance of a contract with you; legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights); consent where we ask for it; or compliance with legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who assist us (for example, hosting, email, analytics, or customer support), subject to confidentiality and appropriate safeguards;
  • Professional advisors where reasonably necessary;
  • Authorities or third parties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction (such as a merger or acquisition), as permitted by law.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of data and how we use it.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights or ask questions, contact us at support@statibly.com. We may need to verify your request before responding.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for functionality, preferences, analytics, and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Services work.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us.

11. International users

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data protection rules than your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
